I could say that I am confident in writing in the English language but not so confident in my spoken language. It’s not that I don’t know how to express myself continuously, it’s because I am so poor in pronunciation. I remember that most embarrassing experience talking to a native speaker. I informed my foreigner friend that I needed to buy a bag. The listener wasn’t able to understand why I need to buy a “bug”. And then she corrected me, ” Ahhh, you need to buy a bag!” Ouch!
