This is a story of compassion and inspiration. The novel shows that great things can happen in small towns.

Are you like me and enjoy a good read? Speaking for myself I look for a good story line which keeps me turning the pages. Characters I can relate to and a good narrator’s voice. As long as I can understand what’s happening I’m not too fussed about the grammar and I soon get bored if there is a lot of unnecessary descriptive detail. So my reviews reflect these criteria.

As a disciple of leadership, John Maxwell is one of my heroes I look up to. He has so many great, common sense, thoughts that you can’t help but soak it up. While this is one of his newer books, it did not receive the fanfare some of his other books have received over the years.

This beautiful nun vowed she would come down and let fall a shower of roses before she died at a very young age. The more I learn about St. Therese, the more I understand she has the capability to commune with us and even bring us into a communion with the saints in heaven. She brings roses to those who seek her help.

Some stories seem to beg for answers when reading through the Bible: Who was Jesus? Why did the devil fight with the angel over the body of Moses? What is reincarnation? Answers to these and many other questions found me as I sought them out.
